Investor Permit Requirements:

To apply for an Investor Occupation Permit, you must meet the following requirements:
  • An initial transfer of USD 50,000 and an annual turnover of at least Rs 4 million (approximately USD 90,000) from the 3rd year of operations.
  • If you plan to bring in high-tech equipment as part of the required USD 50,000 investment, you must transfer a minimum of USD 25,000 and the balance of USD 25,000 in high-tech equipment.
  • If you plan to conduct research and development (R&D) projects in highly innovative areas, you may apply for an Innovator Occupation Permit.

This permit opens the door to applications for Dependent Residence Permits for your spouse and children for the same duration as your Investor Permit.
